Giulia Valle – Masterclass + Trio musical performance

Aclam Club hosts a very special day with Giulia Valle, one of the most solid, original, and widely recognized voices in contemporary European jazz.

A composer and double bassist with both classical and jazz training, Giulia Valle has developed a top-level international career, performing on stages such as the Blue Note in New York, the San Francisco Jazz Festival, the London Jazz Festival, and the Montreal Jazz Festival, as well as at numerous festivals and clubs across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. Awarded on multiple occasions and with an extensive discography, she combines her artistic activity with teaching and research, especially in the field of the relationship between music, creativity, and neuroscience.

A masterclass that connects music, creativity, and neuroscience, in which Giulia Valle shares practical tools to delve deeper into the creative process, concentration, stage confidence, and the relationship between music and the brain. Based on her artistic and academic experience, the session offers strategies to unlock creative potential, improve focused attention, and strengthen stage presence.

Especially aimed at musicians, educators, and creative professionals, but open to anyone interested in understanding music as a tool for knowledge and personal transformation.

The day concludes with a trio-format musical performance, where Giulia Valle presents her new project accompanied by Tom Amat (piano) and Adrià Claramunt (drums), two young musicians of great talent and sensitivity.

In this format, Giulia unfolds music of high emotional intensity, where melody, rhythm, and silence are in constant dialogue. The trio builds a sound space rich in nuance, with precise rhythm and a strong capacity for listening and interaction among the performers.

The compositions move between moments of great expressive power and passages of extreme subtlety, generating an immersive, organic, and deeply contemporary experience. The trio’s rapport and interpretative intensity turn this performance into a close, vibrant, and memorable experience, conceived for attentive listening and shared experience.
