LLEVINAC, as the party responsible for the Website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD), and other applicable legislation on the protection of personal data, as well as Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), informs you that it has implemented the necessary technical and organizational security measures to guarantee and protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the data you provide.

METHOD OF DATA COLLECTION AND DATA WE COLLECT:
The data we collect and how we obtain it are the following:

Through the contact form: name, email, phone;
Through the registration form: In the Wegow app: email, phone, first and last name, date of birth, city, gender.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING:

Your personal data will only be used for the following purposes, with your consent provided for each purpose in the corresponding section of the website:

Contact form: to respond to inquiries and/or provide information requested by the User;
Registration form: to create an account and access ticket purchases through the Wegow app;
Other purposes:

Carrying out commercial, administrative, fiscal, and accounting tasks required under current law;
Understanding your opinion and improving the services offered by the website;
Conducting profile and usability analyses of the website through cookies (as explained in the cookie policy);
Social networks: their use is specified in the corresponding section.

USE OF PHOTOGRAPHS: The photographs published on the website are the property of LLEVINAC.

You may revoke your consent at any time by sending an email with the subject “Unsubscribe” to the EMAIL provided.

In accordance with LSSICE, LLEVINAC does not engage in SPAM practices and therefore does not send commercial emails that have not been previously requested or authorized by the User. Consequently, in all communications you receive from the provider, the user will always have the option to withdraw their express consent to receive our communications.

We will not process your data for any purpose other than those described, except due to legal obligations or judicial requirements.

You will not be subject to automated decisions that produce legal effects on your data.

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

The legal basis for processing your data is the consent you give when providing your data in the corresponding form for the indicated purposes, specifically by checking the verification box.

Prospective or commercial offers of products and services are based on the consent requested from you, and the withdrawal of such consent will never condition the execution of the subscription contract.

LLEVINAC manages the sale of its tickets through the company Wegow Technologies SL, based in Spain. The processing of the data is governed by a data processing agreement between the provider and this company. The Association does not carry out any data disclosures or communications either within or outside the EU. The provider will only disclose information to law enforcement under a judicial order or legal obligation, without prejudice to blocking or canceling your account if there are indications of criminal activity. The information disclosed will be only what the provider has at that moment.

The information you provide through this website will be hosted on LLEVINAC’s servers.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS:

As a user/data subject, you may exercise the following rights by sending a written request to the postal address indicated above or by emailing club@aclam.cat with the subject “DATA PROTECTION: DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS,” and attaching a copy of your ID or an equivalent legal document.

Rights:

Right of access: allows the data subject to know and obtain information about personal data subject to processing.
Right to rectification or deletion: allows errors to be corrected and data that is inaccurate or incomplete to be modified.
Right to erasure: allows data that is inadequate or excessive to be deleted.

Restriction of processing: involves marking stored personal data to restrict future processing.
Data portability: provision of the processed data to the data subject so they can transmit it to another controller.

LANGUAGE

The applicable language of this privacy policy is Spanish. Therefore, if there is any contradiction among versions in other languages, the Spanish version shall prevail.

SOCIAL NETWORKS

We inform you that LLEVINAC may have a presence on social networks. The processing of data belonging to individuals who follow us or connect through social networks will be governed by this section and by the terms of use, privacy policies, and access rules of each respective social network.

LLEVINAC will process your data to properly manage its social media presence, inform about activities, products, or services, and for any other purpose permitted by the social network regulations.

Publication of content is prohibited when:

It is presumably unlawful under national, EU, or international law, or contradicts good faith.
It attacks fundamental rights, is offensive, generates negative opinions, or is otherwise considered inappropriate by the Association.
It violates principles of legality, honesty, responsibility, human dignity, child protection, public order, privacy, consumer protection, or intellectual/industrial property rights.

LLEVINAC reserves the right to remove any content from the website or social networks without prior notice.

If you send personal information via social networks, LLEVINAC is exempt from liability regarding security measures applicable to the platform. You must consult the corresponding terms of the social network.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY:

LLEVINAC reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential changes.

REVOCABILITY

Consent given for the processing or transfer of data may be revoked at any time by notifying LLEVINAC under the terms described above. This revocation will not be retroactive.

LEGISLATION

In general, the relationship between LLEVINAC and the Users of its telematic services on this website is subject to Spanish legislation. The parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona for any dispute arising from the use of this website.
